The Co$t of Hor$e Owner$hip

I don’t know about you, but all of my disposable (and some of my non disposable) income goes into my horse habit.
I’ve tried giving up horses several times, thinking I couldn’t afford the time or expense. But the fact is, nothing else is quite like the horse/human connection. Much as I love mountain biking, kayaking, hiking, and skiing, none of these pursuits bring me the same joy as connecting with a horse. So I pay the price and reap the rewards, only sometimes feeling envious when my non-horsey friends sail off into the sunset, scamper ’round Europe, or pull up in a Tesla. Whether you’re new to horses or an old hand at writing checks, ‘How Much Does a Horse Cost’ gives an entertaining and informed look at the financial responsibilities of horse ownership. Give it a read to see how well you’re doing at managing and anticipating expenses.
